Refund Policy

If you don't like your piece or you're not satisfied with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item — whatever the reason.

We only ask that it comes back unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is paid by you (see section 4).

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day promise goes further than this and doesn't replace it.

• Before your order ships: email us and we'll cancel it and refund you within 14 days.
• After delivery: tell us you want to cancel, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is paid by you.

You're welcome to handle your piece as you would in a shop to see if it's right for you. If it comes back worn, used, damaged or without its packaging, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value, as the law allows.

If your piece arrives broken or damaged, is faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We pay the return postage, and you choose how we put it right:

After 30 days, we'll replace or repair the piece. If that isn't possible, or doesn't fix the problem, you're entitled to a refund.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

• Patina and darkening. Copper naturally changes colour with air, water and skin. The shine can be restored with simple cleaning.
• Handmade variations. Every piece is hammered by hand, so small differences in texture, shape and tone are part of its character.
• A green mark on the skin. This is a harmless reaction between copper and skin, and washes off with soap and water.

• Digital guides (ebooks). Once you've started downloading a digital guide, you can no longer cancel it — you'll be asked to agree to this at checkout. If a file is faulty or won't open, we'll fix it or refund you.
• Free items. If your order included a free item because of its size (for example, our Care Kit with 5 or more items) and your return takes the order below that threshold, please return the free item too — or keep it, and we'll deduct its normal price from your refund.
• Personalised pieces. Anything made to your own specifications (such as engraving) can only be returned if it's faulty.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we've processed yours, your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it on your account.

Because every piece is made to order, we don't offer direct exchanges. Just return the item for a refund and place a new order for the piece you'd like.
