How to Place an Order

Choose your piece

Open the product page and add it to your cart. Before you do, check you've selected the right size or variant.

Review your order

Go to checkout and enter your contact details and delivery address carefully — a small typo is the most common reason a parcel is delayed.

All payments are encrypted with SSL. The options available to you are shown at checkout, including:

Complete your order

Click "Pay now" and you'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away. From that moment, our artisans start work on your piece.

Made to Order, by Hand

Every piece is made for you once you order, which takes around 5–6 business days before it's shipped.

We're not a factory. There are no production lines running around the clock and no warehouse full of identical stock. Our pieces are made by artisans, one order at a time — when your order comes in, your piece is hammered and finished by hand in pure copper, just for you.

It's a choice we made on principle. Mass-producing thousands of pieces that may never sell goes against what we believe in: it means more energy, more materials and more unsold stock thrown away. Making to order means nothing is made that nobody asked for. It takes a few more days — we think that's worth it, and we hope you do too.

Every piece is uniqueBecause each one is hammered by hand, no two are exactly alike — small variations in texture and tone are part of what makes it yours.

Business days onlyOur artisans work Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at the weekend start on the next business day.

Shipping confirmationAs soon as your piece is finished and on its way, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Changes to your orderNeed to change your address or an item? Email us as soon as possible — once your piece is in the making, we may not be able to change it.

Free UK Shipping

Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
Whatever is in your basket, you won't pay anything extra for delivery.

Delays & Exceptional Circumstances

We do everything we can to meet our delivery times, but events outside our control — such as carrier disruption, severe weather or strikes — can occasionally cause delays.

We'll keep you updatedIf your order is delayed, we'll contact you and do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

Need it sooner?Because every piece is made to order, we can't always speed things up — but get in touch before you order and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.

Lost or damaged parcelsIf your parcel hasn't arrived within 14 business days, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
